Nothing contained in this measure is intended, in any way, to alter the law of immunity.
(Added June 3, 1986, by initiative Proposition 51, Sec. 5. Note: In the text, "this measure" refers to Prop. 51 (the Fair Responsibility Act of 1986), comprising Sections 1431.1 to 1431.5 and text in Section 1431 inserted by Prop. 51's amendment. Prop. 51 allows, as prescribed in Section 1431.4, the Legislature to directly amend its provisions by 2/3 vote.)
