CA Civ Code § 715 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

A lease to commence at a time certain or upon the happening of a future event becomes invalid if its term does not actually commence in possession within 30 years after its execution.

(Repealed and added by Stats. 1991, Ch. 156, Sec. 3.)
