A service contractor shall comply with the provisions of Sections 1794.4 and 1794.41 of the Civil Code.

(Added by Stats. 1993, Ch. 1265, Sec. 7. Effective January 1, 1994. Repealed as of January 1, 2018, pursuant to Section 9855.9.)
