CA Bus & Prof Code § 9749 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

Any person who scatters any cremated human remains without specific written instructions from the person having the right to control the disposition of the remains or who scatters any remains in a manner not in accordance with those instructions shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
