ARTICLE 8. Revenue
Section 7727
On or before the 10th day of each month, the department shall pay into the State Treasury and report to the State Controller all the fees received for the bureau. The fees shall be received by the State Treasurer and placed in the State Funeral Directors and Embalmers Fund, which fund is available for expenditures necessary for the proper administration of this chapter.
