CA Bus & Prof Code § 7621 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

The applicant shall also furnish the bureau with satisfactory proof that the facility in which he or she intends to conduct business as a funeral director is or will be constructed, equipped and maintained in all respects as a licensed funeral establishment as defined in this chapter.
