Section 6106.3


CA Bus & Prof Code § 6106.3 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

(a) It shall constitute cause for the imposition of discipline of an attorney within the meaning of this chapter for an attorney to engage in any conduct in violation of Section 2944.6 of the Civil Code.

(b) This section shall become operative on January 1, 2013.

(Repealed (in Sec. 1) and added by Stats. 2009, Ch. 630, Sec. 2. Effective October 11, 2009. Section operative January 1, 2013, by its own provisions.)
