ARTICLE 7. Dental Auxiliaries
Section 1772
The board shall seek to obtain an injunction against any dental hygienist who provides services in alternative practice pursuant to Sections 1774 and 1775 if the board has reasonable cause to believe that the services are being provided to a patient who has not received a prescription for those services from a dentist or physician and surgeon licensed to practice in this state.
