PUBLIC UTILITIES CODE
SECTION 50020-50021 



50020.  The City of Stockton, together with unincorporated
territory, may organize and incorporate as the Stockton Metropolitan
Transit District.


50021.  The request for the formation of the Stockton Metropolitan
Transit District may be made by resolution or by petition as set out
in this chapter.
