Article 2.5. Non-public-use Airports

PUBLIC UTILITIES CODE
SECTION 21650-21650.2



21650.  "Airport" for the purposes of this article means an airport
not open to the general public.



21650.1.  An airport shall be marked as required by rule of the
department with letters or symbol selected by the department to
designate that the airport is not open to the general public. In
selecting the letters or symbol, the department shall be guided by
letters or symbols currently in use by the Federal Aviation
Administration for similar or comparable purposes.



21650.2.  Nothing shall prevent an airport from applying for and
receiving a permit pursuant to Article 3 (commencing with Section
21661) of this chapter.
