Article 2. Borrowing To Purchase Electricity

SECTION 13391-13392
13391. A district may borrow money and incur indebtedness for the purchasing of electricity; provided, that the maximum principal amount of indebtedness outstanding under this article shall not at any one time exceed twenty-five million dollars ($25,000,000). 13392. All provisions of this chapter not inconsistent with this article and not by their terms made inapplicable thereto shall apply to all evidences of indebtedness issued under this article.
