Article 4. Improvement Acts And Special Benefit Districts

PUBLIC UTILITIES CODE
SECTION 100470-100471 



100470.  The Improvement Act of 1911, the Municipal Improvement Act
of 1913 and the Improvement Bond Act of 1915 are applicable to the
district.


100471.  The provisions of Chapter 1 (commencing with Section
99000), Part 11, Division 10 of the Public Utilities Code are
applicable to the district.
