Article 45. Harbor Improvement Districts

PUBLIC CONTRACT CODE
SECTION 20710 



20710.  The provisions of this article shall apply to contracts by
harbor improvement districts as provided for in Part 2 (commencing
with Section 5800) of Division 8 of the Harbors and Navigation Code.
