Article 5. Voluntary Establishment Of Inalienability

HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE
SECTION 8680 



8680.  A cemetery authority may take and hold any plot conveyed or
devised to it by the plot owner so that it will be inalienable, and
interments shall be restricted to the persons designated in the
conveyance or devise.
