Chapter 8.5. District Reorganized From County Sanitation District

HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE
SECTION 6825 



6825.  Any duty imposed by this part on any county officer shall be
deemed imposed on the county officers of the respective counties in
which is situated a sanitary district reorganized under Section 4857
of this code from a county sanitation district encompassing territory
in more than one county; provided, that where appropriate, the board
may select the officers of one county to perform such duties for the
entire district.
