Article 3. Reconstruction Bonds

HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE
SECTION 6670.1 



6670.1.  Bonds of the district for the purpose of providing funds
for the construction of a larger main sewer or a different system
shall be authorized and issued in the same manner as that provided in
this part for other bonds of the district.
