Chapter 17. Air Duct Systems

HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE
SECTION 25999 



25999.  If asbestos-containing materials are used in an air duct
system which is installed in any building in the state on or after
the effective date of this chapter, such material shall be overcoated
with a sealant adequate to preclude erosion of asbestos fibers.
