HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE
SECTION 112495



112495.  Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter,
or any rule or regulation issued pursuant to this chapter, shall
upon conviction be punished for the first offense by a fine not
exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000) or by imprisonment for not
more than 90 days, or by both. The punishment for a second offense is
the same, except that the maximum fine is two thousand dollars
($2,000).
