Article 1. General

GOVERNMENT CODE
SECTION 43400-43401 



43400.  All money received from licenses, street poll taxes, fines,
penalties, and forfeitures shall be paid into the general fund.



43401.  All moneys received from sales and use taxes shall be paid
into the General Fund, or into such special fund or funds for such
purpose or purposes as shall be established by ordinance.
