FOOD AND AGRICULTURAL CODE
SECTION 39521



39521.  Spread is a substitute for butter consisting of mixtures of
compounds which may include milk solids-not-fat and edible oils and
fats that is made in imitation or semblance of butter and does not
meet the definition for margarine or dairy spread.
