SECTION 37101-37103
37101. As used in this chapter: (a) "Package" includes cartons, wrappers, or other containers which are used for the sale of butter to the retail trade. (b) When "numerals" appear following words which relate to scoring, the numerals represent the score of the butter, 100 being a perfect score. 37102. All scoring of butter shall be in the manner which is specified in the regulations which are adopted by the director. 37103. Quality designations shall be affixed on the package in a manner and fashion which is prescribed in the regulations which are adopted by the director.
