Article 1. Definitions

SECTION 27201-27203
27201. Unless the context otherwise requires, the definitions in this article govern the construction of this chapter. 27202. "Poultry" means domesticated fowl that is intended for use for human food. It includes chickens, game hens, turkeys, ducks, geese, and other domesticated birds. 27203. "Poultry meat" means the carcass of poultry or any part of the carcass. It does not include live poultry or manufactured products in which poultry is not the main ingredient.
