FOOD AND AGRICULTURAL CODE
SECTION 17701-17702 



17701.  A violation of Section 17551 shall be punished by
imprisonment in the state prison.



17702.  Except as otherwise provided in Section 17701, any violation
of any provision of this part is a misdemeanor.
