ELECTIONS CODE
SECTION 6382-6383



6382.  Circulators may obtain signatures to the nomination paper of
a candidate at any time not more than 104 nor less than 74 days prior
to the presidential primary.



6383.  A county elections official or deputy county elections
official may not circulate a nomination paper. Circulators may not
obtain signatures within 100 feet of any election booth or polling
place.
