Article 7. Circulators

ELECTIONS CODE
SECTION 6122-6123



6122.  Circulators may obtain signatures to the nomination paper for
which they were appointed at any time between the period of 130 days
and 73 days, inclusive, prior to the presidential primary election.



6123.  A county elections official or his or her deputy may not
circulate a nomination paper and circulators may not obtain
signatures within 100 feet of any election booth or polling place.
