WELFARE AND INSTITUTIONS CODE
SECTION 16995-16995.1


16995.  Funds received by a county pursuant to this chapter shall
not be used to support health services provided to persons detained
in a county or city jail or other correctional facility.

16995.1.  Receipt of funding pursuant to this chapter shall not
relieve a county of its obligation to provide indigent health care as
required by Section 17000.
