2009 California Revenue and Taxation Code - Section 38001 :: Article 1. Enactment Of Compact

REVENUE AND TAXATION CODE
SECTION 38001 

38001.  The "Multistate Tax Compact" is hereby enacted into law and
entered into with all jurisdictions legally joining therein, in the
form substantially as set forth in Section 38006 of this part.
