2009 California Public Utilities Code - Section 70130 :: Chapter 5. Retirement System

PUBLIC UTILITIES CODE
SECTION 70130 

70130.  The Marin County Employees Retirement System and the laws
relating thereto or as hereafter amended shall be applicable to the
officers and employees of the district, except as otherwise provided
in Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 70120) of this part.
