PUBLIC UTILITIES CODE
SECTION 24410


24410.  It is the purpose of this part to establish minimum
standards for aircraft financial responsibility, and nothing in this
part shall be construed as preventing any local city or county
ordinance from exceeding the minimum insurance requirements
prescribed in this part.
