PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE
SECTION 5096.806


5096.806.  The proceeds of bonds issued and sold pursuant to this
chapter shall be deposited in the Disaster Preparedness and Flood
Prevention Bond Fund of 2006, which is hereby created.
