HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE
SECTION 18901-18902


18901.  (a) This part shall be known and may be cited as the
California Building Standards Law.
   (b) The California Building Standards Commission shall continue
within the State and Consumer Services Agency.

18902.  All references to the State Building Standards Code, Title
24 of the California Administrative Code shall mean the California
Building Standards Code.
