2009 California Government Code - Section 69992-69992.2 :: Article 10.1. Official Reporters In Counties With A Population Of 750,000 To 1,070,000

69992.  This article applies to counties containing a population of
750,000 and under 1,070,000 according to the 1970 federal census.

69992.2.  The fee required by Section 69992.1 shall be taxed as
costs in favor of any party paying the same and to whom costs are
awarded by the judgment of the court. Such fee shall not be subject
to the provisions of Section 6103 of the Government Code.
