2009 California Education Code - Section 92620 :: Article 3. Employment Of Women

EDUCATION CODE
SECTION 92620 

92620.  It is the intent of the Legislature that the Regents of the
University of California shall eliminate all policies that
detrimentally and unreasonably affect the employment status of
females hired by the university.
