2009 California Business and Professions Code - Section 2099.5 :: Article 4.5. Osteopathic Requirements For Licensure

BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONS CODE
SECTION 2099.5

2099.5.  Notwithstanding any other provision of law, an originating
license for an osteopathic physician's and surgeon's certificate
issued by the Osteopathic Medical Board of California shall require a
written examination that is either prepared or selected by the
Osteopathic Medical Board of California. The written examination
shall include osteopathic principles and practices and all applicable
provisions of Article 4 (commencing with Section 2080). An applicant
shall successfully complete the written examination, as determined
by the board.
