WATER CODE
SECTION 72145 



72145.  Any assessing district may bring a suit in the court having
jurisdiction against any producer for the collection of any
delinquent production assessments, interest, or penalties.  The court
having jurisdiction of the suit may, in addition award interest,
costs, and attorney's fees on any judgment.
