WATER CODE
SECTION 50100-50101 



50100.  Nothing in this division impairs the validity of any
district formed prior to the effective date of this division, its
rights, or obligations.


50101.  All swamp and overflowed salt-marsh and tidelands within one
mile of the State Prison at San Quentin are excluded from the
operation of this division.
