WATER CODE
SECTION 43025-43026 



43025.  The board may provide for the generation and distribution of
hydroelectric energy incidental to water storage and distribution.



43026.  The board may sell, distribute, or otherwise dispose of
hydroelectric energy not necessary for the uses and purposes of the
district.
