SECTION 38500-38501




38500.  Chapter 387 of the Statutes of 1913 is hereby repealed.



38501.  The repeal effected by this part shall not be construed to
deprive any district or any person or other entity of any substantial
right which would have existed or hereafter exist had such repeal
not been effected.
