33160.  The surviving district contains an improvement district,
designated "Storm Water Unit," which consists of land in the storm
water district at the time of the merger plus inclusions, and less
exclusions, of land thereafter made pursuant to law.




33161.  The storm water unit shall solely be and remain taxable or
assessable for bonds, indebtedness, works, improvements, and
functions authorized by the Storm Water District Act of 1909.



33162.  Land may be added to or excluded from the storm water unit
in a manner as nearly as may be as land is added to or excluded from
county water districts as provided in this division and not in the
manner provided in the Storm Water District Act of 1909.
