WATER CODE
SECTION 1750-1752 



1750.  As used in this chapter "works" includes dams, tunnels,
diversion works, ditches, and other works or constructions.



1751.  As used in this chapter "power" includes electricity,
electrical power, and other power.



1752.  The board shall determine the pro rata and other costs
provided for in this chapter.
