VEHICLE CODE
SECTION 23500 



23500.  This chapter applies to the imposition of penalties and
sanctions by the courts on persons who were less than 21 years of age
at the time of the commission of the driving while under the
influence offenses described in Chapter 12 (commencing with Section
23100) of Division 11.
