REVENUE AND TAXATION CODE
SECTION 16950 



16950.  All money due under this part shall be paid to the
Controller by remittance payable to the State Treasurer.  The amounts
received shall be deposited, after clearance of remittance, in the
State Treasury to the credit of the Estate Tax Fund.
