PUBLIC UTILITIES CODE
SECTION 22201-22204



22201.  Written protests or objections to the formation of the
district or to its extent within the county may be filed in the
office of the clerk of the board of supervisors of any affected
county at any time prior to the hour fixed for the hearing.  At the
hearing the board of supervisors shall consider only the protests or
objections filed pursuant to this section.



22202.  The board of supervisors of each affected county shall hold
a public hearing to consider the objections or protests at the time
fixed for the hearing.  The hearing may be continued by order of the
board of supervisors entered on its minutes.



22203.  Each board of supervisors may overrule any protests or
objections filed with it.



22204.  The board of supervisors of each affected county may exclude
any territory within the county that in its opinion will not be
benefited by inclusion in the district.
