PUBLIC UTILITIES CODE
SECTION 101030-101031




101030.  The Golden Empire Transit District may exercise the powers
granted in this part.



101031.  The territory of such district shall be composed of the
entire City of Bakersfield and such portions of unincorporated
territory of the county contiguous thereto as may be benefited by
inclusion in the district.
