PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE
SECTION 70000-70001 



70000.  This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the Clean
Glass Recycling Act of 1990.



70001.  "Beverage or food container" means packaging of finished
products which contain food or drink items for retail sale.
