HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE
SECTION 25545 



25545.  The Office of Emergency Services shall develop informational
guidelines for facilities required to comply with Chapter 116
(commencing with Section 11001) of Title 42 of the United States Code
and with this chapter, and shall assist the administering agencies
in assuring full distribution of these guidelines to those
facilities.
