14905.  The officer, board or commission abating the nuisance shall
keep an account of the cost of abatement in front of or on each
separate parcel of land and shall render an itemized report in
writing to the board of supervisors showing the cost of removing the
weeds on or in front of each separate lot or parcel of land, or both.




14906.  Before the report is submitted to the board of supervisors,
a copy of it shall be posted for at least three days on or near the
chamber door of the board with a notice of the time when the report
will be submitted to the board for confirmation.
