HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE
SECTION 120775



120775.  As used in this code:
   (a) "AIDS" means acquired immune deficiency syndrome.
   (b) "Human immunodeficiency virus" or "HIV" means the etiologic
virus of AIDS.
   (c) "HIV test" means any clinical test, laboratory or otherwise,
used to identify  HIV, a component of HIV, or antibodies or antigens
to HIV.
