8549.10. There is in state government the Emergency Response Team for State Operations. 8549.11. (a) The team shall be comprised of all of the following: (1) The Chief of the Occupational Safety and Health Division of the Department of Industrial Relations. (2) The Commissioner of the Department of the California Highway Patrol. (3) The Director of the Office of Emergency Services. (4) The Director of Finance. (5) The Director of General Services. (6) The Director of Health Services. (7) The State Fire Marshal. (8) The Director of Forestry and Fire Protection. (b) The team shall be chaired by the Commissioner of the Department of the California Highway Patrol. 8549.12. The team shall meet not later than January 31, 1991, for the purpose of organization. 8549.13. The team shall work to improve the ability of state agencies to resume operations in a safe manner and with a minimum of delay if their operations are significantly interrupted by a business interruption. 8549.14. Each team member shall designate not less than one member of his or her staff to serve as a team representative. 8549.15. Each team member shall designate not less than one staff member from the state agency under the supervision of the team member to provide clerical support for the team. 8549.16. The Director of the Office of Emergency Services shall define the equipment necessary to ensure the full functioning of each team member.
