GOVERNMENT CODE
SECTION 4400-4401 



4400.  This chapter shall be known and cited as the "Emergency
Termination of Public Contracts Act."



4401.  "Public agency," as used in this chapter, includes the State,
its various commissions, boards and departments and any county,
city, district or state agency authorized to enter into contracts for
public work.
